Wash your hands every time before touching your piercing.

Gently wash your piercing with lukewarm water and antibacterial soap twice a day

For a good life of your piercing after it has healed you will want to take out your jewlery after your piercing has fully healed and soak it in peroxide once a month for deep cleaning.

You can use an ice pack up to three times a day for swelling

Rinse your mouth twice a day with mouth wash for a tongue piercing. 

For nipple piercings and below the belt piercings, please wait until they are healed for mouth to piercing contact to avoid contamination and infection.
